About Us
Vitamin Ambulans set out to provide private ambulance and planned patient transport services. In our logo, the arrows circling the globe stand for movement from across town to across borders, and the location pins for the fact that every transfer has a starting point and a destination.
Our approach
For patients and their families, uncertainty is the hardest part of a transfer. That is why we listen first and then plan: from where to where, when and under what conditions. Clarifying the process from the start matters as much as the journey itself.
What we promise — and what we don't
We never promise a service we do not offer, or an unverified response time or capacity. We review your request and tell you clearly what we can do. For emergencies, we can be reached 24/7.
Respect for personal data
The form on our website never asks for diagnoses or medical reports. We collect only what we need to reach you and plan the transfer, and delete it at the end of our retention period.
